Recently, we popped into the Pybus PR press preview and were buttered-up with decadent Marie Antoinette quantities of macaroons, gorgeous cake-lettes and delicious Cointreau & Earl Grey tea cocktails, all by the Mansion SocieTEA. Can’t say we complained that much.

The Mansion Hotel & Spa at Werribee Park, just a 30-minute drive from Melbourne, launched their high tea in November 2011. Nestled among beautiful Victorian landscapes, the elaborate high tea is served in the properties historic building every Sunday from 2-4pm, overlooking manicured lawns and luscious gardens. The enchanting architecture and majestic building is the perfect setting for the lavish spread of sweet and savoury delicacies and T2 teas; featuring both unique and traditional blends
